Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Sooqan.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our B2B portal.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or utilizing the Sooqan.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is intended exclusively for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Access to wholesale purchasing and supplying on Sooqan.com is restricted to verified commercial entities. To create an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You represent a legally registered business entity within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- You hold a valid Commercial Registration (CR) issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
- You possess a valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable to your entity size).
- The individual registering the account has the legal authority to bind the business entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false documentation or fail to maintain valid commercial status.
Platform Role & Nature of Services
Sooqan.com operates as a digital B2B marketplace and supply chain facilitator. We provide the technological infrastructure to connect vetted suppliers with corporate buyers, and we manage the integrated logistics and payment gateways.
Pricing, E-Invoicing & Taxation
All prices listed on the Platform are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- ZATCA Compliance: Sooqan.com provides electronic invoices that comply with the guidelines set by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
- Dynamic Pricing: Bulk pricing tiers are subject to change based on supplier updates, stock availability, and market conditions. The price locked at the time of checkout is final.
Payments & Corporate Credit
We offer various payment methods including SADAD, Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and authorized bank transfers. For approved enterprise buyers, Sooqan may offer flexible credit terms. Failure to settle credit invoices within the agreed timeframe will result in account suspension and potential legal action under Saudi commercial law.
Shipping, Logistics & Delivery
Sooqan coordinates delivery through our proprietary network and approved third-party logistics partners across major KSA cities (including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam).
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sooqan is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, severe weather conditions, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer.
B2B Returns & Discrepancies
Given the nature of wholesale trade, our return policy differs from standard consumer (B2C) regulations. Returns or claims for refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Products delivered are defective, damaged in transit, or expired upon arrival.
- The delivered goods do not match the specifications of the confirmed Purchase Order.
- All claims must be submitted via the Sooqan Dashboard within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
